YCJGA is always looking for opportunities to uplevel our program offerings to provide beginners and youth interested in learning the game of golf and/or developing their golf skills.

We are excited to bring back our Next Gen Introduction to Golf Program for boys and girls ages 8 – 13 years for a summer of evening golf education hosted by YCJGA and Next Gen Program Director Dave Childress.

The Next Gen Intro to Golf Program is a series of 7 weekly instructional sessions for beginner boys and girls ages 8 - 13 who want to learn the game of golf.

Each week, your child will receive instruction on:

Grip
Stance
Proper setup
The golf swing
Putting
Chipping and
Etiquette

Sessions will be every Thursday evening from 6 - 7:30 PM at Honey Run Golf Course starting June 18th.
(Dates: June 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 - July 30th final session will also include a pizza party and games)
